The User Is Not Assigned To Application Roles Mapped To Read Only SQL Authenticator Groups (Doc ID 2932796.1)

Symptoms

OBIEE is configured with Read Only SQL Authenticator Group. Users and Groups are showing up in Console and EM.
Groups are mapped to Application roles in EM.

Upon Login to Analytics, assigned Application Roles mapped to Read Only SQL Authenticator Group (for which the user belongs) are not showing up for the user in My Account > Application Roles

Explicit assignment of the User from Read Only SQL Authenticator to roles is also not working. Same issue with SampleAppLite content.

Issue happens only in one environment.
