Symptoms
When attempting to start and run MAXL scripts, the following error occurs:
ERROR:
F:\Shares\Essbase\XXX\XXX\XXX>call F:\Shares\Essbase\XXX\XXX\XXX\startmaxl.bat \\<server>\shares\essbase\XXX\XXX\XXX\XXX_Load.mxl 1>>\\<server>\shares\essbase\XXX\XXX\XXX\LOG\XXX_LOAD_LOG.txt
ERROR - 103 - Unexpected Essbase error 1030818.
WARNING - 1040132 - Opening a wallet(F:\Shares\Essbase\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\applications\essbase\bin\walletssl) failed(28759).
WARNING - 1040156 - SSL initialization failed with error code [1040132]..
ERROR - 1042006 - Network error [10061]: Failed to connect to [<server>:1423].
STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Moved the MAXL scripts from older version and server to new 21.3 server.
2. Run the scripts and get the errors above.
Changes
New Essbase 21.3 version on a new server.
SSL enabled for Essbase 21c.
