Symptoms
When running exportarchive.bar ssi /path/to/export/bar, you get the following error:
Export Archive Failed with Error : Operation Failed
ERR:Plugin:oracle.bi.actio.bar.ActioMetadataLCMPlugin_exportArchive Operation:exportBAR StatusCode:Operation Failed
Error Reported in Metadata Plugin is: Actio bar failed running exportArchive - Failed to connect due to: [bi_server1 https:///<HOST>:<PORT>/bi-actio/rest/v0.1: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused), found: DIRECT]
