Excel Stops Responding Intermittently when the Smart View Add-In is Enabled in Windows 11 (Doc ID 2939733.1)

Symptoms

Users operating systems have been upgraded from an earlier version to Windows 11. When users are working in a work sheet after the upgrade, Excel hangs. It began working again when the user clicked on any other tabs outside of Excel and then clicked on the Excel worksheet again. This problem first appeared after consumers' systems were upgraded to Windows 11, and it worked perfectly till Windows 10.

When the Smart View Add-In in Excel is disabled, no problems are found.
