Symptoms

Navigate to Fusion Middleware Control Enterprise Manager (EM) > biinstance > Diagnostics tab > Log Configuration sub-tab
Click lock and Edit.
Edit any values for Log Configuration and Component Specific Log Levels
Click Apply

The following errors are presented and you are unable to configure the values.
