EPM: 11.2.8+ Patch Conflicts with Older EPM Patches Shown When Using ‘-verify’ (Doc ID 2940641.1)

Symptoms

11.2.9+ running   .\ApplyUpdate.ps1 <MIDDLEWARE_HOME> -verify shows patch conflicts with patches that were applied prior to 11.2.8 upgrade.

Example '-verify' with 11.2.11:

Workspace Verification failed

ZOP-40: The patch(es) has conflicts with other patches installed in the Oracle Home (or) among themselves.

Prereq "checkConflictAgainstOHWithDetail" failed.

Summary of Conflict Analysis:

There are no patches that can be applied now.

Following patches have conflicts. Please contact Oracle Support and get the merged patch of the patches :

32646419, 34459461

Patch 32646419 is an 11.2.4 Workspace patch and Patch 34459461 is the 11.2.11 Workspace update.

Example '-verify' with 11.2.11:

HFM Verification failed

ZOP-40: The patch(es) has conflicts with other patches installed in the Oracle Home (or) among themselves.

Prereq "checkConflictAgainstOHWithDetai1" failed.

33195860,34401036

Patch 33195860 is an 11.2.4 HFM patch and Patch 34401036 is the 11.2.11 HFM update.
