The following error occurs in EPM System Diagnostics Report:

FAILED Single Sign-On Checking availability of login http(s)://server:port/interop/logon
Error: EPMVLD-01033: Cannot log in to Foundation.
Recommended Action: Check if all services run. Check user name and password
