Unable To Save "Custom Knowledge" In DV After In Place Upgrade (Doc ID 2942055.1)

After upgrading OBIEE TO OAS 6.4 in-place by following Introduction to Migrating and Upgrading to Oracle Analytics Server, BIServiceAdministrator role User is unable to create custom knowledge in DV and it errors out.

Steps to reproduce:

Sign In to /dv

Go-to Console from Navigation Bar in the left

Click on Reference Knowledge , Add Custom Knowledge (click, or drag and drop Excel/CSV file)

Below error message appears:



In-place upgrade from OBIEE To OAS 6.4
