Error Changing Connection Details In OAS 5.9 after Restoring Snapshot (Doc ID 2942407.1)

Symptoms

Snapshot from another instance is restored successfully.
When an existing connection is edited ( a change made to any field such as 'connection name') and 'save' option is clicked, it throws following error:

However, a new connection could be successfully created with exact same connection details.
