Users Get "Error Saving Workbook" When Try To Save DV Workbooks To Shared Folders in OAS After Upgrade from OBIEE 12c (Doc ID 2944974.1)

After out pf place upgrade from OBIEE 12c to Oracle Analytics Server, users are not able to save a workbook in DV.

Get the following error message when attempt to save a workbook into a catalog folder:


Error Saving Workbook
An error was encountered while saving the workbook: We were unable to process this request. Please try again.

Users have new custom DV role assigned to them that has permission granted.

Saving any objects in Oracle Analytics Classic works for all the users.

In DV, only user with Admin privileges can save workbooks into the catalog.
