MaxL Command "List LRO All" on a Large Number of LRO's Errors with "ERROR - 1054067 - Internal error"

Symptoms
On Essbase BSO application imported LRO file that is exported (with 30000+ LRO Cell Notes) from earlier version, the import is successful but when the MaxL command to list all LRO', it returns an error:
"query database '<app_name>.'<database_name>' list lro all;"
"ERROR - 1054067 - Internal error"
The statement : "query database '<app_name>.'<database_name>'list lro by 'username'" is working as it lists fewer LROs.
In Essbase Administration Services (EAS), when right-click database and edit Linked Reporting Objects getting below error:
"Error: 1040023 Invalid network data. Type is matched but length is zero. An application protocol error might exist between server and client processes"
