Symptoms

Data markers are not showing up for all stacked bars.

For example:
1. Run a report with a horizontal graph.
2. The number 1 is missing from the graph.
3. This happens for multiple on multiple browsers.
4.  Due to this issue, the graph is incorrectly displayed.
