File Download From UCM To OBIA Is Corrupted

Symptoms
During load plan step to download data extract or primary key extract from UCM, there are cases that files got corrupted.
The ODI scenerio EXTERNAL_STORAGE_INTEGRATION_DOWNLOAD is failing with below error message:
ODI-1590: The execution of the script failed.
Caused By: org.apache.bsf.BSFException: BeanShell script error: Parse error at line 2, column 15.
Encountered: : BSF info: Download from UCM at line: 0 column: columnNo
