Symptoms

While starting the Upgrade assistant script (ua.bat) the below error was encountered.

Error: Could not find or load main class oracle.ias.upgrade.SoaFinder Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: ignoring option MaxPermSize=128M; support was removed in 8.0
Error: Could not find or load main class oracle.ias.upgrade.UpgradeDriver
