Symptoms

Database connectivity fails with below errors while creating the new data source.

UI Error - "The Database Connection Failed"

Errors in Planning_WebApp.log:

oracle.net.ns.NetException: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor

 

Changes

New data source creation.
