Symptoms
Excel is still freezing on user's PC's when using Smart View.
Cant access the rule and rule sets from Calculation Manager
Smart View - random crashes in Excel
Not able to log in or connect
Slow performance on the same Smart View retrieval but only sometimes
Same epmautomate script does not complete but only sometimes
Transfers->actions->open in Smart View does not work
Fiddler trace may show traffic from:
Antivirus software
or
Cloud storage services like
MS one drive officeapps.live
Google's similar program clientservices.googleapis
Microsoft Teams presence.teams
