Analyses That Query E-Business Suite Database Views Return No Results In Oracle Analytics (Doc ID 2955263.1)

Symptoms

After migrating from OBIEE 12c to OAS 2023 and from Oracle Database 12c to 19c (the data source - with E-Business Suite application data - for analyses), some Analyses - that query database views provided by the E-Business Suite (EBS) application - return No Results when run by any user.

When the Physical SQL - extracted from the Session Log for the OAS analysis - is executed directly to the Oracle Database in SQL Developer or Toad, the query returns data.
