After enabling primary keys in the BIACM in order to remove duplicates on VO HcmTopModelAnalyticsGlobalAM.HcmPayBalanceAM.PayrollBalance, The FTS job of the PayrollBalance VO is running for longer time for around 13hours.

Changes

Enabled primary key for PayrollRelActionId and DefinedBalanceId column on HcmTopModelAnalyticsGlobalAM.HcmPayBalanceAM.PayrollBalance VO.
