Symptoms

The CREATE INDEX steps for table W_EMP_COMPETENCY_F is not present in the session executions of SIL_PROJECTEMPLOYEECOMPETENCY_FACT mapping in OBIA 11.1.1.10.3.

The indexes are bitmaps of type QUERY that gets dropped and created during the ETL load and was working as expected in previous OBIA 11.1.1.10.1 version.

Upgrade of OBIA from 11.1.1.10.1 to 11.1.1.10.3
