Symptoms

When attempting to create a connection from on-prem FDMEE to PBCS which has been migrated to OCI Gen 2, the following error occurs -

"Error in retrieving applications from cloud environment:
javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure
Received fatal alert: handshake_failure"
