Symptoms

ERROR - 103 - Unexpected Essbase error 1030818 returned when performing a server-side Essbase login from the Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/user_projects/domains/essbase_domain/esstools/bin directory.

Changes

 Issue occurred after installing patches from 21.3.3 to 21.4.3
