Symptoms
When attempting to start OBIEE services using the command "start. cmd", it fails with the following error:

Unable to connect to running NodeManager on host: SPTCRM91, due to: Error occurred while performing nmConnect : Cannot connect to Node Manager. : Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?

NodeManager (SPTCRM91.scinopharm.com.tw:9506): NOT RUNNING
Able to start node manager using startNodeManager.cmd

Disabled the SSL.
