Agents created in OBIEE 12c are migrated to OAS. Post migration to OAS, Agents are not sending delivering reports to distribution list mail groups.

However the same individual users can receive the reports delivered to their email address from the same agents.

Out-of-place upgrade to OAS has been performed on a new server with a new IP Address.
