Goal

Basic design issue with the Procedure (Process Deletes) and step name (Update SDS Table Deletes) in the new External Table method. It is always updating all the records every time that was already updated CDC$_DML_CODE to 'D'.

Therefore, the goal is to get a procedure that should not update all the records on every load. It should update only records having CDC$_DML_CODE as 'S'.
