Why Is An Essbase Export Only Fetching Target Cube Data? (Doc ID 2964892.1)

Goal

A new business requirement is to export all data including partitioned cubes from a defined target cube.   In this case, this includes 9 partition cubes connected with a target cube with transparent partitions. 

When exporting all data from the target cube, only the data stored inside the target cube is exported, but the partitioned cube's data is not exported. How do we export all of the data from the Target cube?
