Symptoms

When attempting to open Excel and sign in for SSO after Crystal Ball is installed, the following error occurs.

Crystal Ball has detected that VBA macro language support is disabled or not installed. Crystal Ball requires this to run. Please use the Microsoft installer to install VBA macro language support. The is feature is located under Office Shared Features Visual Basic for applications in the office installation Wizard.
