Symptoms
When attempting to create a full report after running a simulation, nothing happens.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Resources>Example Models and select Cell Phone
2. Select Start (Start a simulation).
3. In the control panel select Analyze>Create Report>Select Full>OK
4. Nothing happens.
