When trying to start / stop or uploadrpd, "0403-005 Cannot Create The Specified File." occurred (Doc ID 2966487.1)

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Analytics

When trying to start / stop or upload rpd getting below message in Linux sever .

ERROR

/tmp/sh12976264.13: 0403-005 Cannot create the specified file.


STEPS
-----------------------
bash-4.2$  [DOMAIN_HOME]/bitools/bin/datamodel.sh uploadrpd -O /path/myrpd.rpd -SI ssi -U [myuserid] -W [mypassword]
/Oracle_Home/bi/modules/oracle.bi.commandline.tools/scripts/datamodel.sh[24]: /tmp/sh12976264.13: 0403-005 Cannot create the specified file.

bash-4.2$ ./status.sh
Domain status; Using domainHome:/Oracle_Home/user_projects/domains/bi ...
/Oracle_Home/oracle_common/common/bin/wlst_internal.sh[16]: /tmp/sh29622310.13: 0403-005 Cannot create the specified file.

Changes

 Error 0403-005 means that the path you provided in the command is not valid or can't be accessed. Theoretically, the output file will be created at run-time if there's none.

That is to say, the problem is not from the file sh29622310.13, the problem is from the path /tmp.
