This document is mainly applicable for implementations that have been upgraded from Oracle Business Intelligence 12c to Oracle Analytics Server 6.4 or later versions.

When users accessing mapviewer analysis that are embedded on the dashboards that has separate dashboard prompts embedded to it, there are chances that users may encounter the below error when they choose between prompt values such as "All Prompt Values" to any specific value(s) among the list.

 This issue may occur only when the "Mapviewer Features" functionality is enabled within the embedded mapviewer analysis, to use color coding on the map etc.

Changes

 OAS environments that are upgraded in-place from OBIEE 12c version may have encounter this issue.
