Performed a new installation of OAS 2023 and following steps in documentation to migrate from OBIEE 12.2.1.4 to OAS 2023.

However, import Metadata in Oracle Analytics Server DV Console using OBIEE 12.2.1.4 export archive .bar file fails with the following error:

Import of the .bar file using command line importarchive.sh script also fails with the following error:

Import Archive Failed with Error: Operation Failed
