Essbase 21c: Unable To Export Database In Cube Designer And No Error Details (Doc ID 2973597.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to export a cube from Cube Designer using Local->Export Cube to application Workbook, the Job Details shows Status Message "Job Completed with warnings".

However, the Error Details and Server error files fields are empty.

When going to the Jobs panel in Essbase web UI, then clicking on the Actions menu, then Job Details, at the bottom there is a line saying Warning. You can click the link to see the warning in the browser, or you can click on the down arrow to download the file with the warnings.

As an example, the warning message could be: "Invalid non-unicode character encountered in Member Name "<member name>"
