Language selection drop down list is not rendered/displayed when Oracle Analytics Server accesses via an HTTP Server.

This only reproduces with CHROME/EDGE browsers (chrome and Edge share the same Chromium webkit engine).

This does NOT reproduce with FireFox browser.

When bypassing OHS and accessing the Weblogic HTTPs port directly, this does NOT reproduce with any browser.
