Symptoms

After upgrading from BI Apps 11.1.1.10.3 PS2 to 11.1.1.10.3 PS3, the upgrade schedule shows a difference in the load plan runs.

In BI Apps 11.1.1.10.3 PS2 timezone was AET - Australia/Sydney, post upgrade to 11.1.1.10.3 PS3 it has defaulted to PST8PDT (US Pacific Time) timezone rather than Australia/Sydney zone.
