Error: "UPGAST-00224: The specified database does not contain any schemas for Oracle Audit Services...." when Doing the Pre-Upgrade Readiness Check

Symptoms
While doing the Pre-Upgrade Readiness Check from OAS 6.4 to OAS 2023, at the stage of checking the BIPLATFORM schema, after entering the Connect String, the DBA user name (sys as sysdba), and password, succeed to proceed to the next step. But, at the Step of checking SchemaPrifix_IAU schema, you get the following error:
UPGAST-00224: The specified database does not contain any schemas for Oracle Audit Services or the database user lacks privilege to view the schemas.
Cause: The database you have specified does not contain any schemas registered as belonging to the component you are upgrading,
or else the current database user lacks privilege to query the contents of the schema version registry.
Action: Verify that the database contains schema entries in schema version registry. If it does not, specify a different database.
Verify that the user has DBA privilege. Connect to the database as DBA.
However, the OAS SchemaPrifix_IAU schema does exist on the database.
