Symptoms

Attempting to re-point a registered source to a new environment in BIACM.The external file location information tab's UCM connection settings was updated, and the new connection's functionality was verified.
However, after pressing the "save" button, the following error message is displayed in biacm.log:

When the save button is pressed without making any changes to the configuration, an error prompt also appears.

Changes

 Imported the topology connection with customization from one environment to another environment.
