Is It Possible to Export the CSV File in UTF-8 without BOM (Doc ID 2976927.1)

Open analysis --> Export Data --> CSV, the CSV file will be exported in [UTF-8 with BOM].

You can verify the BOM(Byte order mark) with hexdump as below. These bytes "ef bb bf" are the UTF-8 BOM.

Question: Is it possible to export the CSV file in [UTF-8 without BOM]?
