Symptoms
In Oracle Analytics Sever (OAS), when searching for LDAP users to add them to the permission list for a catalog folder , it fails with:
Soap invocation to security service failure. HTTP error code: '500'
Checking the bi_server1-diagnostic.log, it is showing:
The same problem reproduces when trying to add an LDAP user as a recipient of an Agent.
