Symptoms

 After connecting in Analytics, you notice the Analytics Menu Bar links ->  Home, Catalog, Favorites, Dashboards are missing.

Changes

 Applied Patch 31178877 (12.2.1.4.200714) for Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI).
