Symptoms

When trying to create dataset using Local Subject Area, it errors with "Failed to retrieve schemas"

Changes

Upgraded from a lower Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) update to later OAS update via an out-of-place implementation and migrated using a snapshot (BAR file).
