Unable to Search the Member for Business Ruleset in Smartview

Symptoms
In SmartView when the User tries to perform a member selection search for a ruleset that specific member is not being filtered.
Example: The user is searching for the name "Driver" in a search box but that name is not being recognized and filtered.
This issue persists only for the search of Ruleset and works fine for individual Rule.
