Env Details:
BI Apps version/Patches: 11.1.1.10.3 - PS3 - Patch Set 3 - PB3
Source System/version: EBS R 12.2
Target DB : Oracle 19c database.
Issue: Unable to login into ODI repository: Error ODI-26130 could not connect to repository
The issue arose after ODI One-Off patch : Patch 35849476 was applied- this is Post Oct 2023 ODI CPU uptake (p35849476_12214230929_Generic.zip).
The user successfully applied Patch 35849476 and now he is getting an error logging into ODI repository: Error ODI-26130 could not connect to repository
