Symptoms

Users encounter pop-up error message

Network error [10061]: Failed to connect to [<SERVERNAME.DOMAIN>:<PORT>:secure]

 

Popup error message vanishes after logout and login, but reappear after about 4 minutes.

Changes

Essbase configuration file(s) updated.
