Symptoms

Customer is planning for BI apps upgradation from version 11.1.1.10.1 to 11.1.1.10.3 PS4 referring below documentation which seems to be contradicting and it says to upgrade to 11.1.10.2 first before upgrading to 11.1.10.3PS4. But in certain places document says upgrade first to 11.1.1.10.2 and then to 11.1.1.10.3 PS4.
