Experiencing general slowness both during Navigation and while importing objects like Workbook, Dataset in data visualization (DV).

In this use case, the flow of request is as follows:

The entry point is an public OCI load balancer.
The request from the external OCI load balancer may go to any of the two internal WTSS servers. This is required to initiate IDCS authentication.
The request from WTSS is redirected to an private OCI load balancer.
The request from the internal OCI load balancer is redirected to one of the managed servers (bi_server) in the clustered Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) instance.
