Symptoms

Discoverer Plus 4i, or 10.1.2, workbooks are not opened automatically during an export to Excel and HTML outputs.

This occurs when using all three export steps in Discoverer Plus.

=>File=>Export

=>File=>Export to HTML

=>File=>Export to Excel

The Discoverer Plus Java Console shows the following:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Model manipulation via stale object.   Server writes and pass through reads can only be made on objects attached to the model Instance of oracle.disco.model.corbaserver.BCSessionImpl made stale: Session disconnected in ModelFactory.appServerDisconnect
