Symptoms

When importing security for Planning applications using LCM in Shared Services, the following error is received:
/Security/Access Permissions/Groups/<GROUP_NAME>:- EPMCSS-01381: Failed to get roles list for users/groups. Some of configured user directories not initialized [<EXTERNAL_PROVIDER_NAME>]. Verify user directory configuration

When exporting security for Planning applications using LCM in Shared Services, no errors are received
