Smartview error connecting Analytic Provider Services (APS)

 
After migrating the Oracle system from version 11.1.2.4.700 to 11.2.15 on-premise, when trying to connect to Essbase through Smartview getting the following error:
"Cannot execute maxl statement. Essbase Error(1200448): [For input string: "0,00"]"
