OAS documentation states that you must host the metadata dictionary files on a Web server such as Oracle HTTP Server or Apache HTTP Server. When you generate the dictionary, you can set the output to the final location on the Web server, or to a temporary location. If you generate the dictionary in a temporary location, you must then copy the files to the location on the Web server.

How to generate and configure the Metadata dictionary for the RPD in the shared folder located on the same server where OAS is installed?
