"Proxy error" in Essbase 21C JetUI Create Datasource screen during Preview (Doc ID 3023539.1)

Symptoms

In the Essbase 21C JetUi, this error was received when the Create Datasource wizard was on the 4th step which is Preview.    Preview will run the SQL query against the DataSource.
