Symptoms
1. Followed OBIEE 12c/OAS: How To Configure SSL Including Examples (Doc ID 2188982.1) for SSL Configuration.
2. Followed High-level Steps to Configure Microsoft Active Directory(MSAD) SSL In Oracle Analytics Server (Doc ID 3006248.1) to connect SSL configured MSAD server
3. When trying to login /analytics URL, encounter "An error occurred during authentication. Try again later or contact your system administrator" error using the LDAP user.
The following error is seen in the bi_server1-diagnostic.log
